This course is designed for those (1)who wants to study with a tourist visa or (2)who resides in Japan. The application process is shown as below:

(1) If you are from outside Japan
Receive "Information for School Admission" and "application form"
|
Send us the application form, 2 photos, photocopy of your passport. Pay the fees.

Submit a certificate of Admission from KKG and apply for a visa at the Japanese Embassy in your country.

(2) If you are a certified resident of Japan
Receive "Information for School Admission" and "application form"
(Visit our school for consultation and a free trial lesson)

Send us the application form, 2 photos, photocopy of your passport /
foreign registration certificate, and pay the fees.

This course is designed for those who study in universities and colleges outside Japan and are interested to study Japanese in Japan during their holidays. The schedule is flexible according to students needs.

- Transfer of the total fees to our designated account 2 months before the course commencement.
After confirmation of the transfer, KKG will issue the entrance admission and arrange the dormitory.
- Submit your flight details such as departure, arrival time and flight number.
- Staff will meet you at the Kansai International Airport and take you to your new home.
