    1. Apply for dormitory after receiving Certification of Eligibility by paying the total amounts of the Key Money and Rent for 6 months to us.
    2. The minimum contract is 6 months.
    3. Key Money is not refundable.
    4. Rent is subject to change depending on the location, season, and the plan of the unit. Please contact us for the latest information after you get the Certification of Eligibility.
